Romain lettuce

I bet many of you yo the strain of lettuce. Until recently, just like me! Then I came across this very interesting post online on the regrowth of the remaining piece. It's simple: cut the end of your lettuce and put it in a little water (about an inch). Change the water every day. The lettuce will push very fast also. Today the left is cut. The Middle yesterday and one on the right, the day before. You can see how it grows in just two days! But you're not limited to the Roman. This technique can also be used with green onions and celery
