4 L apple cider
2 tbsp honey
3 sticks of cinnamon
1 tsp whole allspice
1 tsp whole cloves
Combine apple cider, honey and cinnamon sticks in a large pot.
Wrap allspice and cloves in a piece of cheesecloth and add to pot.
Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat.
Remove cheesecloth and discard.
Serve and enjoy!
