GREEN TOMATO JELLO - JAM
5 c. diced green tomatoes, unpeeled
4 c. sugar
Bring above to a boil; boil 30 minutes, stirring. Remove from heat. Add a 6 ounce package of strawberry or raspberry Jello, dry. Return to heat, just to dissolve Jello. Pour into hot scalded jars and seal with paraffin.
